Having purchased royalty free music from us, you may use the music in the
following ways:

Create a spoken word recording for CD or MP3 and use the music as a backing track. subliminals, NLP. |
|
|
Play the music during live consultations with clients. massage therapy, reiki or any other healing practice. |
|
|
Use the music in the background of a media project or website. audiovisual tutorials, website theme music, iPhone apps. |
|
|
Play the music at a commercial venue. |
|
|
Create personalized recordings. custom CD's or MP3's on a case by case basis for your clients. Hypnotherapists commonly use our music in this way. |
|
|
Subliminal Recordings voice is inaudible, provided that the CD/MP3 you produce is clearly labeled and readily identifiable as a subliminal recording. |
|
|
Not Permitted into an audio production that includes a voiceover, or incorporated into a video. Nor can you cannot modify the music by adding additional instrumentation to it. |
Following your initial purchase, you will not have to pay any ongoing fees of any type. No matter how big your project is, your first payment will be your last
payment when you download background music
Quantities
If you create a product with our music (for example, a CD or MP3 recording)
you may distribute anunlimitednumber of copies of that product without ever
having to pay royalties or licensing fees. You may sell your product in as
many formats and in as many locations as you like.
Duration
This license has no expiry date. Provided that your payment is received in full,
you can continue to use the music indefinitely.
Exclusions

Any audio product that contains our music must also include the addition of a vocal performance or spoken words. form, or to release the music under a different name. (This applies to CD and MP3 productions only. Video productions do not require a voiceover). and then treat that as your own music. By doing this you are creating new music that is partially built with our music. This is known as "creating derived works" and it is not permitted. reconsidered to be "instrumentation". You cannot add these sounds to our music without first obtaining written permission. |
Editing the Music
You are authorized to edit the music if necessary, by looping it, cutting it, or applying fade ins/fade outs etc.
Transporting the Music
You are authorized to burn a CD or transfer the music to a portable storage
device for the purposes of transport and live performance.
Please take care: You must not duplicate or pass any royalty free music
products to any persons other than those who are to use the music for
the sole purpose of working on your projects under these license terms.
Please take all reasonable measures to prevent unauthorized copying
and distribution of the music.

We kindly ask that you provide an appropriate credit when you use our music.

Audio Formats
Our royalty free music is supplied as both broadcast quality mp3s
(320kbps)andCD quality WAV files at no extra charge. Both formats
are high quality and both are compatible with Macintosh and PC.
Mastering Notes
Our royalty free music is mixed and mastered 24 bit, 44.1 kHz. It is
then dithered to 16 bit, 44.1 kHz wav files, and converted to 320 kbps
MP3 files. An absolute minimum of compression has been applied to
these mixes, and limiting is used only to prevent overloads (not to
